Investor Access
All of the TWVP quarterly financial reports can be accessed online on the IntraLinks website (www.intralinks.com). These financial reports are always posted so TWVP investors can view their information at anytime.
In addition, TWVP utilizes IntraLinks for capital call notices, distribution notices, legal and tax documents and other correspondence pertaining to the Fund. Each time a new fund document is posted to IntraLinks, each TWVP investor will receive an email notification.
If you are a TWVP investor and wish to access your account, first go to the IntraLinks site and authenticate your identity with a password. You are then taken directly to your individualized investor page for Thomas Weisel Venture Partners. You can either print the information or save it to your computer. Remember that to access your individualized information, you always need to enter your investor number and password.
Using secure digital workspaces from IntraLinks, TWVP is able to provide fast, secure access to quarterly reporting information. In addition, investors will benefit from rapid distribution of financial information, a centralized repository of past information and the ability to access information securely.
